We're actively seeking a dedicated Virtual Customer Service Representative (Tenant Support) fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team. This role offers complete remote work flexibility, allowing you to operate from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. We're in need of someone who is detail-oriented, skilled in managing paperwork, documents, and records, to enhance our Tenant Relationship efforts and work closely with the Property Manager.
Salary: $500 - $650 per month
Benefit:

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5 PM (Central Time - Houston)
Responsibilities:
- Receive/ direct/ transfer phone calls.
- Greet and communicate with customers in a business manner.
- Preparing documents, paperwork, or records.
- Conducting Zoom meetings with tenants to assist them with any property-related matters.
Requirements:
- Spanish proficiency is a must
- Professional-level proficiency in English is mandatory
- Reliable internet connection (Failure to demonstrate a good internet connection during the interview may result in application cancellation)
- Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools such as Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, showing the ability to actively listen to our tenants and resolve their issues
- Having experience with working remotely is highly preferred
