Skyline BPO is actively hiring Cold Callers for Real Estate & Solar lead generation. Bi-Lingual English & Spanish speakers are needed for immediate hiring.
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketers to join our dynamic team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services over the phone, building strong customer relationships,
and achieving sales targets. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive nature, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.
- Present and promote products/services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Expectations:
- Full-time, fully remote.
- Bi-weekly payment, 1.75 USD per active working hour, 0.5 USD additional per hour rate upon reaching KPIs, training and breaks paid, paid through Payoneer.
- 5 Working Days (Monday-Friday)
- Fixed Days off (Saturday & Sunday)
- 7 Working hours
- 1 Hour break (flexible)
- Fixed Shifts
Requirements:
- Fluent English speakers; experience is not required.
- Laptop 8GB RAM+
- Home VDSL Internet 10 MB/s DL, 2MB/s UL
- USB Headset
