We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Conduct targeted outbound calls to potential and existing customers to educate, engage, and guide them through customer journey.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Case Management: Efficiently handle customer cases from initiation to aftercare, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Pipeline Management: Actively manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress from lead generation to closing sales.
Sales and Revenue Goals: Meet or exceed specified sales and revenue targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Utilize the CRM system for accurate documentation and record-keeping of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes.
Customer Reviews and Referrals: Encourage satisfied customers to provide reviews and referrals, expanding our customer base and enhancing our reputation.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
